AT KEFI WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN TAKE CARE OF YOU.
- Regular priced items except for kefi Bespoke Collections may be returned for a full refund credits within 2 days of the delivery date. To explain to how Refund Credits work, as we are unable to refund for the equivalent amount, so if you need to return a Kefi Jewellery piece, we will gladly offer you store credit so that you might find its perfect replacement.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and just as well finished.
- Sale merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items marked SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card and mailed to your billing address.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Kefi reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error or the item sent was defective.
- We only accept returns on products that were purchased via this website.
Please Note: If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box. Or use the printed “Return Exchange” form that was included in your original shipment, please be sure to fill out the reason for the return and include in the returned shipment. SHIPPING RETURNS
