CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@kefi-co.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return.
Engraved, personalised and KEFI Bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@kefi-co.com. We'll confirm the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Engraved and personalised pieces, including initial pendants and engraved bracelets and rings
- KEFI Bespoke commissions and special orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the piece arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order on arrival. If a piece is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately with photographs so we can put it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING OFF
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The piece must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
