TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of kefi-co.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

ABOUT US

KEFI is a jewellery brand registered in India. You can reach us at info@kefi-co.com or +91 9209101520, Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM.

PRODUCTS

Our pieces are handcrafted, and each is finished individually. Slight variations in texture, finish and stone placement are a characteristic of handmade jewellery and are not defects.

Product images are shot to represent each piece as accurately as possible. Colour may appear differently on different screens.

Materials, plating and dimensions are listed on each product page. Where a piece is offered in more than one finish, the finish you select at checkout is the one dispatched.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices for international destinations may differ from domestic prices.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, including Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrectly displayed price.

ORDERS

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where an error has occurred.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before the order has been processed for shipping.

PERSONALISED AND BESPOKE PIECES

Engraved, personalised and KEFI Bespoke pieces are made to your specification. Once production has begun these orders cannot be changed, cancelled or returned. Please check spelling and details carefully before confirming.

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines, costs and destinations are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and international orders may be delayed by customs processing in the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

Returns are governed by our Cancellation and Refund policy.

WARRANTY

Our warranty against manufacturing defects is set out on our Warranty page.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, text and marks on this site belong to KEFI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for damage arising from misuse, improper storage, exposure to water, perfume or chemicals, or repairs carried out by anyone other than us.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
